Summary
Motor due to humidity, condensation, frost and other reasons, it is easy to cause electrical - insulation performance decline, causing electrical failure. BQ series moistureproof heating belt is specially designed and developed for the above situation, when the motor does not work with moisture-proof heating belt, so that the motor winding temperature is always higher than the ambient temperature. So as to avoid condensation of coil winding to ensure the normal operation of the motor in a humid environment

Working principle
The heating belt is arranged on the stator winding of the motor, and the heat is transmitted to the stator winding after the electric heating.

Installation instructions
1. Confirm the rated voltage of the heating belt is consistent with the supply voltage.
2, a single moisture plus tropical, mounted on the shaft end of the stator winding. A pair of moisture-proof and tropical, one installed in the end of the shaft, a shaft installed in the shaft extension.
3, the heating belt in the stator winding at the end of the appropriate position, so that the tropical and winding contact well, the power cord is connected to the junction box.
4, the installation, the heating belt can not overlap.
Matters needing attention
1, heating belt to avoid folding or sharp scratches.
2, motor winding shaping, and then install the heating belt.
3, the heating belt must be close to the surface of the winding in order to warm the tide.
4, do not make the heating belt to withstand tension.
5, is strictly prohibited hammer plus tropical.
6, heating belt and motor can not work at the same time.

High voltage explosion-proof motor
Instructions:
单根电机防潮加热带。安装在电机的驱动绕组端部；双根电机防潮加热带，一根安装在驱动端部，另一根安装在非驱动端部。围绕定子不要重叠，用聚脂带绑扎，其引线固定在接线盒内，最后浸漆烘干完成。
